There are many fun things to do in North Myrtle Beach, but many of them are indoor activities. Below are some family-friendly activities that won’t have you cooped up inside.
The Beach
Two of the most popular beaches in North Myrtle Beach are Ocean Drive and Cherry Grove. Whether you are looking for outdoor activities to naturally social distance or trying to distance yourself from your daily office routine as much as possible. No matter your motives, you will be able to enjoy all that nature has to offer when you head to the sand.
Cherry Grove Pier
The Cherry Grove pier is a popular landmark in the Cherry Grove area, it was built early in the 1950s and still entertains tourists and fishermen today.
Barefoot Landing
Barefoot Landing is located along the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful North Myrtle Beach. This open-air mall offers many different ways to spend the day; dining, theatre, special events, and of course shopping. If you enjoy homemade fudge, then The Fudgery should be a must-stop shop on your list.
Par 3 Golf Course
Whether you are looking for a top-notch driving range in North Myrtle Beach, a par-3 golf course, foot-golf, or putt-putt, you will find it all at Harbor view.
I have personally played this par 3 course with my wife, who had never played before, and my 7-year-old son. We had a great time and look forward to playing here again.
Tupelo bay also offers a range of golf-related activities for the entire family. One of the coolest things about this course is that it is lighted for evening play.
Deep-sea Fishing
There are other fishing charters in the North Myrtle Beach area but I have personal experience with Little River Fishing Fleet. Their rates are good and the crew is knowledgeable and helpful.
